Work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment Actively drive and influence designs of new products (HW and test SW) of the V93000 IC tester Qualify changes both in NPI phase and production and manage the roll out to the whole supply chain (process optimization, quality improvements, cost reduction) Define and monitor manufacturing metrics to monitor quality, analyze root causes in case of issues and define corrective actions with the objective to constantly fulfill Advantest customer demand Work closely with Advantest contract manufacturers and Advantest development, supply chain and product marketing teams in a very international environment. Evaluate data and provide special technical advice to peers and management Bachelor/Master degree in electronic engineering or equivalent Knowledge of development of printed circuit assemblies and years of experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes of high level electronic assemblies Analytical skills in failure identification (data analysis to identify HW errors, electronic measurements, debugging electronic assemblies) Strong ownership and pro-active mindset Ability to define schedules and keep time lines Good Communication skills and team player in cross-functional and cross-company environment both in English and German Willing to travel up to 20% of time
