Key Account Representative (m/f/d)
Communicate independently with key customers to assess current needs, expectations, and goals and develop long-term relationships while coordinating customer projects (opportunity to lead your own organization and production) Commercial lead of customer projects (from inquiry to series production), including technical sales of products at the customers' sites, participation in the price calculation, tailoring individual offers, internal marketing, and production planning Market, competitive, and customer trend analysis to identify new business opportunities, including technical comparisons with competitors and proposing technical improvements to our products and processes Deep focus on business environment and reacting to changing conditions; contributing to the development of new business areas, strategies, and future planning Support the development of new products and the improvement of existing products, including reviewing customer specifications and requirements, reviewing/approving drawings and documentation, and clarifying technical questions Work with the Head of Sales to develop annual and mid-term sales plans; manage acquisitions, including price negotiations, follow-up, and documentation; collaborate with our legal department and external advisors to negotiate and draft contracts Participate in the feasibility analysis and take responsibility within the APQP for sales and development for selected projects and customers
Degree in mechanical engineering with several years of work experience in the automotive industry and good commercial knowledge - additional expertise in torsional vibration technology is welcomed Strong negotiation/communication skills in English and German (written and spoken); proficiency in Polish is a plus Experience interacting with customers as well as managing and executing customer projects Very good knowledge of MS Office Confident team player with a dedicated and proactive attitude Driving license category B and willingness to travel primarily to other European countries
