Prepare, agree and implement regional business plan / budgets Select and appoint Value Added Resellers / distributors for targeted trade market sectors in Germany Plan, prepare and deliver effective company profile and product range presentations to potential new customers Support and liaise with the European marketing team on activities relating to new products, promotions, PR, POS and advertising Analyse sales data, organise structured review meetings with accounts and provide constructive action reports Provide accurate sales forecast for stock control and distribution efficiency on a monthly basis Recommend on new and emerging market trends and product requirements for the German and associated trade market in liaison with International Product Manager Monitor and report on competitors' activities Maintain pricing structures and profit margin according business plan, monitor and maintain customer stock levels Create and maintain strong dialogue with both account and customer service personnel and functions Provide technical support to German customers when required. Ensure total customer satisfaction Attend meetings on all aspects of the business when requested.

Requirements / Experience: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and or Electrical/Electronics Comparable qualification with a proven track record will be considered acceptable Min of 5 -10 years demonstrated experience and successful track record in professional sales of technical products Sound know-how of sales techniques, customer service and business development Experienced in technical field sales / field service Fully IT literate including MS Office Tools Internal IT Tools will be trained German as first language Proficient knowledge in English is essential.
