As Head of Segment Infrastructure (m/f/d) and member of the Senior Management of the Group you are responsible for the Strategic Business Development in Civil Engineering Solutions and for our success in all relevant markets throughout the world. Your responsibilities: Implementation of market and competitor analyses to identify and validate market potential Identification and realization of market opportunities based on a comprehensive understanding of the market rules and customers' needs Assess growth potential of new and existing businesses and develop initial view on opportunities Develop market penetration strategies in the target segment based on customer needs and the applicable business models Define and pursue measurable goals for the target segment for turnover, profitability and market shares Development of business plans and go-to-market strategies including control of the success Support the go-to-market development in the regions with knowledge and best practices Communication of market requirements, segment strategies and strategic measures to all stakeholders involved With us you can expect: This position is member of the Senior Management of the Group Working in a successful and global growing organization with lean hierarchies and all the advantages of an international group Challenging projects in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams  Various personal and professional training possibilities International career opportunities and prospects Your profile: Master's degree in engineering or similar qualification 10 years of relevant experience in relevant management positions in an international environment, ideally with strong record in strategy or development projects Management, leadership and project management skills Strong knowledge of the target segment / the construction industry Ability to think strategically, communicate a vision and influence other stakeholders, to develop the strategic dialogue between the leading work streams Sound experience in working with cross-functional teams in an international environment, with multiple stakeholders/interests Excellent strategic, analytical and conceptual skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills towards different target groups Very good command of English, both written and spoken German language skills beneficial Your contact: Please forward to us your full and complete application documents with salary expectations and earliest joining date to: bewerbungseingang(at)stehle-hartwig.de.
