As a Senior Account Manager you will target top executives of potential client companies, identify sales opportunities, build and present solutions, and drive the pivotal moment where leads become sales, reaping the rewards of negotiating contracts to a successful close. Client development You actively hunt for business with companies and organizations You initiate and develop strong business relationships with C-Level, HR and critical line management across the client organizations. You develop and use external and internal networks to generate business and ensure pipeline creation. Delivery You deliver sales presentations to high-level executives such as CHRO, HRD, BU Leaders & C-Levels You create innovative proposals and client led solutions around the employee lifecycle and from board level to floor You ensure implementation of subscription contracts for recurring needs You leverage organizational resources to fulfil client needs Contribution to creation and implementation of business planning and strategy execution. You develop, apply and share specialist content knowledge Internal administration You act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues and you are a «Sales Challenger» role model.
