You will be the strategic and conceptual lead of key owned consumer touchpoints, including the strategic product backlog. You will lead all major projects regarding our website. You will set strategic- and KPI-targets and monitor the development on a global level with the help of consumer insights team. You will optimize consumer experience on global multi channels: Analyzing user-flows and optimizing consumer experience together with the international brand managers and local market units. You will connect off- and online touchpoints with regards to consumer experience and data-flow, collaborating closely with our Martech Manager, Integrated Communications Manager, Masterbrand team and other colleagues. You will lead the of Business Owner team, consisting of 4 colleagues: SEO, Analytics, CMS editor and Junior Project Manager.

You can demonstrate very strong, proven experience in managing projects and operational change related to digital touchpoints and consumer experience management. You have experience and very good knowledge of consumer journeys and touchpoint mapping across owned, earned and paid channels. You can demonstrate several years of applied analytics skills and have a strong KPI focus.
