Responsible for all sales activities within DACH Region Managing our sales team for different segments (small mechanical engineered investment machines, mechanical tools etc.) Responsible for evaluating, mentoring & coaching the team Ensure all commercial processes are in place and followed by the team CRM, sales management routines, quality of sales data and follow-ups Strategic review of complete distributor universe in DACH and focus on most promising distributors Develop sales account plans - for all identified distributors with highest potential sales, develop detailed account plans with relevant field sales, and follow the implementation Develop and implement strategies for existing and new products Developing strong relationships with key accounts, in the distribution field as well as in the industrial field Cooperation with the internal specialist departments, such as Production, Technical Support, R&D, Logistics and Credit Management
