Further info about the RENOLIT Maritime range: https://renolit-maritime.com For these activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Technical Manager (f/m) for our Business Unit RENOLIT CONTACT / MARITIME that is keen on having the following responsibilities:   Your responsibilities Servicing existing customers in a defined geographical area Acquisition of new customers and partners for the application of Maritime films Supporting Key Account Manager Providing pre- and post-technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges Engaging in problem solving to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels Coordinating pilot boats Working cross functionally with management and internal partners/departments Your profile Bachelor/Diploma in Chemistry or Plastics Technology, alternatively a Technical formation with relevant further training and experience Knowledge about the shipbuilding industry is appreciated Knowledge about paint or film industry and wrapping technology is an advantage Ability to initiate and close deals Negotiation skills Customer relationship management Quality consciousness Analytical thinking and problem solving Project management skills Very good German and English skills (both spoken and wirtten) Willlingness to travel (both within Germany and internationally) Our Offer Attractive working environment at a successful Hidden Champion in Germany Opportunity to shape a new position within the organization Independent working Highly motivated team colleagues with international scope Exciting and diverse range of tasks Openness to explore new approaches Flat hierarchies & quick decision taking We're looking forward to getting to know you.
