Develop new innovative technologies as part of product development core teams by: Leading risk management activities; Ensuring verification and validation activities are sufficient and complete; Leading quality planning and process validation activities for new products. Own the Nonconformance Report (NCR) management system, including Material Review Board (MRB) activities and monitoring the timeliness and effectiveness of the system and activities. Lead CAPA by: Recognizing which complaints and trends warrant investigation via the CAPA process and initiate CAPA investigations as required; Identifying and initiating product and labeling improvements based on complaint and trending data; Conducting and overseeing investigations for in-process nonconformances, audit nonconformances, and post-market events to identify root cause and corrective actions in a timely and compliant manner; Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions. Develop and Implement Process Improvements through: Improving receiving and in-process inspection acceptance test activities; Collaboration with Operations to define and implement systems that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

If you have worked on electrical products from inception to completion and understand the full-cycle process, you're in the right place. You would have to possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and have recent successful experiences that deal with engineering technology of electrical products. If you feel that your knowledge in electrical design, statistics, and regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, experience with FDA regulations) within a manufacturing environment is not only recent but strong, this will be a great fit for you.
