For the Global Financial Institutions Group department in our company State Street Bank International GmbH in Munich we are looking for a VP - Strategic Account Group Manager - Job ID R-606337. The Strategic Account Group (STG) VP is tasked with developing a firm wide program to enhance our execution for some of our largest, most complex and globally diverse sales opportunities. Key is developing revenue growth and deepening strategic/C-Suite relationships by bringing the dialogue with our existing and new clients to a strategic partnership level. Target and Goal Establish an infrastructure to enable deep review at financial and strategic level Participate in the creation of our deal execution model, including creating a governance structure to reflect accountability and senior ownership Reduce latency around execution and ensure holistic business review by working across the firm to maximize the value that we will create to our clients Major Responsibilities Rally various divisions and entities under one banner Drive and co- lead STG deal execution Pro-actively identify sales opportunities and drive them Actively support newly created team to manage, analyze, and communicate to Senior Executives a sound commercial plan, incl. financial metrics; provide root cause analysis and develop solutions and recommendations Partner with client service managers, business owners, and local teams to develop synergies, leverage experience and expertise, and improve overall sales experience Education, Experience and Skills Post graduate/ Master's degree in business or related field; MBA beneficial Significant Corporate Development, Mergers and Acquisitions or Strategy experience required 10 years + related experience as a relationship/sales specialist or equivalent executive position within a global financial services organization and a proven track record Highly developed Financial, Sales, executive leadership and relationship management skills Proven expertise in global banking.
