Then join Merz Aesthetics as  Team Assistant (m/f/d) part time - 70% IP - Patents & Trademarks  THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU: You are responsible for all assistant activities in an IP department, e.g. providing full secretarial and administration support, acting as the first point of contact for all Merz Aesthetics employees and external vendors and ordering office supplies, including the processing of payment transactions  You are responsible for reviewing and distributing incoming mail/emails, along with identifying and completing any associated secretarial work and generating and sending standard letters  You support the IP Manager and Paralegals in the administration of our IP rights (Patents, Trademarks & Designs) You correspond with domestic and foreign external attorneys and monitor IP related deadlines   You provide support in the payment of maintenance fees for patents, trademarks and designs  You process Power of Attorney documents for signature, schedule appointments with Notary, monitor return, and send documents to external attorneys You correspond with inventors according to requirements of the German Employee Invention Act  WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:  You completed your training as a Patent Paralegal (Patentanwaltsfachangestellte/r), Paralegal (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r), Foreign Language Assistant (Fremdsprachenassistent/in), Foreign Language Correspondent (Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/in) or have a similar qualification You have at least five years of professional experience as Personal Assistant or Team Assistant, or in a similar role 3+ years of professional experience in an IP department or an IP law firm is an advantage and experience in IP paralegal work is preferred  Preferably, you have experience working abroad or in an international/English speaking environment You have excellent German and English language skills (both written and spoken) paired with excellent communication skills You are knowledgeable in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
