As the Vice President Sales for the German Business Unit you directly report to the Business Unit Manager of the German and Austrian Region. Being accountable for the achievement of the German revenue targets also includes having your own sales quota while taking care for an ambitious team that is supposed to grow further in the upcoming years. You are based in Munich heading the German and Austrian Sales, Partners & Alliances and Presales departments. You develop and execute the local Sales strategy to realize our growth path You develop a strong local Partner network and execute the Partner Strategy You manage effective outbound and inbound sales procedures, funnel management, lead generation and distribution best practices to drive impactful results. You define and control Sales KPIs and ensure reliable Sales forecasting You develop and implement an innovative Presales approach You take care for the onboarding and continuous training and coaching of your Sales team to build a happy, committed and successful team You frequently engage with our Marketing and Product teams to further evolve our product and communication strategy to continually improve upon our product-market fit While providing strategic direction, you should also be ready to work hands-on alongside the team.

Your Qualifications: You have at least 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for IT services and software solutions and proven sales success in exceeding goals within a high-growth environment, preferably in a B2B SaaS context You have a sound understanding of overall marketing processes, content creation, and cross-channel communication You are experienced with DAM, CMS, WCMS, PIM, Content, Marketing Automation or MRM systems You have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to speak in front of a big audience to represent the company Customer-first is what you understand as your primary goal, having the experience to develop business together with partners You are very experienced in leading & developing a team to achieve high performance You enable your team to anticipate opportunities in a fast changing and growing environment and coach them for performance.
